THE CHALLENGE

UIC's Black Scholar Series was created to support the development and increase visibility of Black Scholars in the field Psychology. The mission was to capture the series through a professional, yet approachable branding that invites students to listen to scholars from different backgrounds.

A logo that flows with conversation

We designed a logo featuring a person with a microphone, symbolizing engagement and communication. This adaptable silhouette can be customized with various brand colors and patterns for different applications. Additionally, we developed a wordmark and complementary graphic elements to enhance the logo's impact and versatility.
